Marie and Madison Services, LLC (MMS) is a Minority, Women-Owned business in Columbus, OH.  We provide human resources, business development, personal consulting, and mobile notary to private citizens and local businesses. 

Natalie Smith, Founder of MMS, started the business as a part time independent consulting service in 2010.  In 2021, continued uncertainties of the job market due to COVID-19 and the untimely death of her father, forced Ms. Smith to deal with the harsh reality that life is too short, stress is a killer and flexibility is a necessity.  This realization reignited the desire to reinvent MMS.  Ms. Smith took her eighteen year career in Human Resources, along with skills in graphic design, job coaching, and notary certifications, to expand MMS and officially register the business as an LLC.

MMS has one goal in mind...to elevate the local community.   We want to help individuals and small businesses rise above challenges to achieve goals and have sustainable success.  We do this by offering cost effective services tailored  to our clients needs.
